All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

At B/R SHOP, we stand behind the quality of our limited-edition sports heritage and urban style products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Due to their limited-edition nature, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • B/R x OutKast collaboration items
  • NBA Champions collection
  • NBA Remix series
  • HOLIDAY SALE items
  • All customized or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed. Please wait for our team to provide you with an RMA number before shipping your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns. If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the original shipping costs.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.

International Customers: Customers outside the US may be subject to customs duties or taxes on returned items. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
