Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
- Ship your return – Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns. If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the original shipping costs.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.
International customers (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties or taxes on returned items. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
